Dr. Bozkır, graduated from Ankara Fen Lisesi in 1979 and from Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine in 1985. He started his specialization in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in 1987, then switched to Ophthalmology at Erciyes University Faculty of Medicine after one and a half years. He completed his specialization in 1993 and worked at Adana Numune Hospital until 2008. Between 2008 and 2016, he worked at Adana Maya Eye Center - Niv Eye Center, and in 2016, he worked at Adana and Gaziantep World Eye Hospitals. Since 2017, he has been working at SEVGİGÖZ.
He received unconditional scholarships from TÜBİTAK in high school, TÜBİTAK, Sabancı Foundation, and Koç Foundation during his university years. Our doctor, who has various domestic and international publications, presentations, and book chapter authorships on eye diseases, surgeries, and facial aesthetics, has achieved 4 times Adana City Chess Championship and various ranks in chess. He made it to the finals once in the Turkey Intelligence Foundation competition. He ranked top 5 in the nationwide rankings in the field of science and mathematics during middle school, high school, and university years.

- He performed the first penetrating keratoplasty surgery at Adana Numune Hospital.
- He received the 2nd prize for video presentation at the 48th Ophthalmology Congress in 2014.
- In 2022, he lectured at Korkut Ata University.
