- Dr. Çiloğlu was born in Adana in 1982.
- Completed her medical education at Çukurova University Faculty of Medicine between 2000 and 2006.
- Between 2007 and 2011, she specialized in ophthalmology at Çukurova University Department of Ophthalmology.
- She worked at Adana Numune Hospital and City Hospital between 2011 and 2022.
- In 2016, she received the title of chief resident, in 2020 she became an associate professor and in 2026 she became a professor.
- She worked as an academician and clinical education supervisor at Adana City Hospital in the Health Sciences University cadre.
- Since May 2023, Dr. Çiloğlu has been working at SEVGİGÖZ.
- Dr. Çiloğlu is a member of the Turkish Ophthalmology Association, European Vitreoretinal Society (EVRS), and European Society of Retina Specialists (EURETINA).
